Okakor declares intent for Isoko Federal Constituency Rep

Mr Okakor Austine of Enhwe in Isoko North LGA has offered himself to serve as representative of the Isoko people in the lower chamber of the National Assembly.
He declared his intent to contest the seat on Saturday, May 12 during a press briefing held at the Eboh Hotel, Oleh.
According to him, he is propelled by a drive and vision to give the Isoko nation a new narrative that will translate to the development of Isoko land through introduction of fresh ideas that would empower the youths of the area to be gainfully employed.
He said when elected, he would be a vocal and purposeful voice that would articulate the interests of Isoko people at the National Assembly.
He solicited support from all stakeholders to enable him get elected pointing out that the development of human and capital resources in Isokoland “is greater than the parochial decision of a selected group of people”.
Mr Okakor, a graduate of Agriculture and Environmental Engineering, Amassoma also holds an MBA from the International Institute of Management, New York.
As a youth, he promised to catalyze youths for effective participation in partisan politics. His aspiration is floated on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
