Erue faults attack on APC secretariat

The Delta State chairman of the All Progressive Congress APC, Prophet Erue Jones has condemned in its entirely the attack on the party secretariat in Asaba by unknown gunmen.
The attack which took place after the visitation of the party’s Presidential candidate, General Mohammadu Buhari, during the party’s presidential campaign rally in Delta State, was described by prophet Erue as another politically motivated attempt on the lives of the members of the party and also the dubious act to attack the engine room of the party displayed the weakness of the attackers.
The APC State Chairman however noted that APC is a party of peace and change and the party will not stoop low to be distracted from the course by anybody who is paid to distract the party in the forth coming election in Delta State.
Prophet Erue therefore, issued out a stern warning to the masterminds to desist from attacking APC property in order to avoid crisis, for the interest of Deltans.
Expressing concern over the security of voters during the February 2015 polls, Erue called on all security agencies in the state to be alert while appealing to the commissioner of police to urgently intervene over the attacks on APC state secretariat.
